Education Qualifications

Qualification for Assistant Manager (Civil):

With a minimum of 60% marks for candidates applying for open positions, EWS positions, and OBC positions, and a minimum of 50% marks for SC-only reserved positions, candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech. in civil engineering or an equivalent degree from a government-recognized university or institution.

Qualification for Assistant Manager (Electrical):

For applicants to apply for university, EWS, and OBC positions, they must have a B.E./B. Tech in civil, electrical, or electronics engineering, or an equivalent degree from a government-recognized university or institution, with a minimum of 60% marks.

Qualification for Assistant Manager (S&T):

Assistant Manager (Electrical)- For applicants to apply for university, EWS positions, they must have a B.E./B. Tech in civil, electrical, or electronics engineering, or an equivalent degree from a government-recognized university or institution, with a minimum of 60% marks.

Qualification for Assistant Manager (Accounts):

CA from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants or ICWA (CMA) from the Indian Institute of Cost Accountants. There is no minimum needed percentage of marks.

Qualification for JE (Civil):

With a minimum of 60% marks for candidates applying for UR, EWS, and OBC vacancies and with a minimum of 50% marks for candidates applying for SC/ST candidates only for reserved vacancies, a three-year diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent from a government-recognized university or institute is required.

Qualification for JE (Electrical):

With a minimum of 60% marks for candidates applying for UR, EWS, and OBC vacancies and with a minimum of 50% marks for candidates applying for SC/ST candidates only for reserved vacancies, a three-year diploma in electrical engineering or electronics engineering equivalent from a government-recognized university or institute is required.

Qualification for JE (S&T):

Applicants for UR, EWS, and OBC positions must have a minimum of 60% in their three-year Electronics/Electronics & Communication diploma, or the equivalent, from a government-recognized university or institution, and applicants for SC candidates applying for reserved positions only must have a minimum of 50% in their three-year SC diploma.

Qualification for Accountant Assistant:

B.com (a three-year program) from a university or institution that is recognized by the government, with a minimum grade point average of 60% for OBC applicants and 50% for ST applicants for reserved positions only.

Qualification for Office Assistant (HR):

Degree in any field (three or four years) from a university or institute that is recognized by the government with a minimum grade point average of 60%.
